Use VenturePass for relevant, consent-driven fundraising
VenturePass is designed for structured profiles, mandate-based matching, selective submissions, and mutual introductions. You may not use the service to create spam, evade recipients’ preferences, or turn the marketplace into a bulk outreach tool.
Prohibited conduct
- Misrepresenting identity, firm affiliation, company performance, fundraising terms, investment mandate, or authority.
- Scraping, harvesting, reselling, or compiling VenturePass data or user contact details without written permission.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, automating submissions outside provided workflows, or contacting users who have passed or opted out.
- Uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, discriminatory, or not yours to share.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, access another workspace, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected systems.
- Using VenturePass to violate securities, sanctions, export-control, privacy, anti-spam, anti-bribery, or other applicable laws.
Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Report suspected abuse to abuse@getventurepass.com.
